      Pros

      Very good working environment. All people here believe works as team with "How can I do" approach. Here team wins always not an individual. All here always say "I could not do it bu we did it" "Hierarchy" is not a barrier to openun up with your innovative ideas. Employee Reward & Recognition program (specially at IBPO) keeps employee motivation at peak always. And last, the visionary, young & dynamic senior management has been working hard to "CONNECT" all pieces nicely and driving company to a right direction with good pace...
