      Pros

      Great bosses, great colleagues and very intelligent, co-operative, hard working and responsible team members Subsidised lunch and pickup/drop facility for Vashi, Mumbai

      Cons

      Too big a company and in Mumbai location it used to be difficult to share views with upper management, very little transparency.

      Pros

      As title says, if you want to learn as a fresher or you are an experienced person 3i has a lot to give you for learning, grooming etc. Come here and get exposure / opportunites to handle new challanges with every project. New senior management has very pratical approcah and is running with a great speed to take company out of problems.

      Cons

      As company is going through financial challanes compensation is a concern i feel.
