- Politics is all around. - People do the job gets the recognition. - Lack of competency. - Incompetent managers and senior managers. - People are interested in others personal life more than their work. - No employee satisfaction program. - No consultation from the employee when higher management takes any decision. - Very bad work environment. People are shouting everywhere...it looks more or like fish market. - Zero effort made to retain any good employee. - Very very very average salary when compared to other standard companies. - Managers always work from home. Hardly you can see manager coming to the office. - Very poor hiring process. - Those people get award only who do the buttering to the management. Many are there.
