      Pros

      Freedom to think and implement. Working hours flexibility.

      Cons

      Favoritism shown during appraisals. The ratings are decided on how dependent the management is on the person and not on the person's performance. One man show in many teams and the boss is right.

      3i-infotech is specialized in Banking and Financial domain. There is a rack of products build java, .net using design patterns. Company is good for learning and appraisal process is very good. Onsite opportunity are frequently available.

      Cons

      Good for those employee who are deserved.
