There is no downside to working here as long as one is diligent, fully focused, pro-active and sincere.

This has by far been the worst HR, offer and onboarding experience that I've ever encountered in my 14 year career. I was offered one rate before I agreed to interview with the client, then when the client made an offer, 3i tried to offer me $7 less. I sent the email showing the rate that was offered and 3i would not commit to the rate. I had to negotiate the rate that I did get and I didnt want to hold this bad experience against the client. In addition, they have Recruiters who does not speak clear English. So, trying to have a professional conversation with someone who speaks another language was challenging. Last but not least, the HR Dept. head person was no help when I tried to escalate the situation. No professionalism what so ever! I hope that others have a better experience, but I will never work with this company ever again!
