Pros

Friendly, helpful people in some departments. Continued education assistance Competent and friendly support/IT/admin staff In spite of the negative reviews, the firm's President is approachable and treats employees with respect.

Cons

Negative reviews written 10+ years ago could have been posted yesterday. Toxic working relationships very commonplace. Very low morale across most departments.

Pros

They have a strong emphasis on continued education whether be obtaining your CFA or Master's Degree and budgets for it for every employee each year. Work is rewarding.

Cons

Burnout from day one, filled with "yes-men" and micromanagers on every level, no recognition, low pay for the industry and minimal advancement, superficial relationships throughout the firm, fear based culture, abrasive, constantly trying to find someone to blame and to pass the buck to, and the complete opposite of collaborative and a true "team effort".
