Absolutely loved the work environment; combination of both challenging as well as opportunity to learn a lot.

Perfect environment for a young professional seeking to get the most out of learning opportunities, unlike much bigger banks.

Cons

vacation days were obviously not as competitive as larger banks, but still great opportunity to grow within the firm which is totally worth it.
