      Pros

      Company is growing very rapidly but I don't know if that's a good thing

      Cons

      This company use to be great before it started buying all these other lighting companies around. Every 3 months it's gobbling a new one and they say they won't fire anyone but they always clean house.Work is hard in the lighting industry as it is now there's no job security and with theses companies not worried about the shows just working on buying out more companies you have no were to go I just got out of the whole lighting industry all together what a shame I loved it

      While 4Wall has been growing at a rapid pace over the past few years, we always keep our customers and our employees top of mind. While we do try our best to keep everyone on board when acquiring a company, there are sometimes tough decisions that have to be made from time to time. In most cases, we are able to add positions and provide opportunity for our current employees to advance their careers. We are disappointed that you did not have a good experience with us and appreciate you providing your feedback as we are always looking to improve.

      First of all, thank you for your hard work during your time with us. Driving in LA is no easy task! On the other hand, we are sorry to hear about some of the difficulties you experienced. We have been listening to feedback on how we can improve our benefits and we are happy to announce good things for 2020. We have also done our best to communicate to the team that HR is always here to address any comments and concerns, either in person or anonymously through our suggestion box.       The Entertainment industry is a busy environment that allows us the opportunity to be a part of so many great projects. There are definitely busier times, but we tried to reward our employees for their hard work with many “thank you” events and incentives.
