      Not Perfect, But Best I've Had

      Pros

      They are upfront about the benefits and 401k, sick/vacation time, and workload - for the most part. Any time I have an issue, I bring it to management and I have never once been made to feel like a burden or like an idiot for not knowing something. The shop staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. When I started the workload was astronomical, but management has made changes this year that have greatly improved my experience and made the workload far more reasonable. I can easily say that right now I have the best bosses I've ever had. If you work hard it will be recognized. It is a quickly expanding company and there are advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Health insurance isn't great. The pay, while a little above fast food, is far from a comfortable wage in a city that has a quickly growing cost of living. The workload can be massive and changes on a moment's notice, but that's just how this industry is.

      Pros

      Depending on your time management you can have a very relaxed day and can work at your own pace until the pick-up deadline.

      Cons

      There can be some communication issues between departments but i feel like you have those everywhere...

      Pros

      Great Benefits. The work environment is almost always pleasant. At 4Wall, you definitively have a company, leaders, & CEO that care about their employees and strive to provide the best for them.
