      Pros

      They make you feel like they actually care about their employees with more than just lip service.

      Cons

      It would be nice to get off a little earlier because of traffic but aside from that not alot of cons.

      The Entertainment industry is a busy environment that allows us the opportunity to be a part of so many great projects. There are definitely busier times, but we tried to reward our employees for their hard work with many “thank you” events and incentives.
