      Pros

      Great environment, caring management, amazing opportunities and noticeable team/family environment! 4Wall shows they care about their employees through the constant fun activities, contests and employee appreciation news letters. All locations are interconnected and no one location feels isolated. There are always employees travelling between locations and tons of cross-training. The model of making all locations the same definitely keeps any issues to a minimum and there's no animosity that I've been able to notice... Overall, joining 4Wall was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time!!

      Cons

      As an ever-growing company there are some long days and plenty of work, but I look at that as more of "job security" than a con... :) About the only negative I can think of is the health insurance is on the expensive side, but maybe that will change during the next open enrollment.

      Pros

      4Wall is a good environment where the people are serious about the work, but don't take things too seriously. The company is growing and there are a number of opportunities for promotion. The facilities of the company are very nice.

      None I can think of.
