Pros

There are nice people excluding executive positions.

Cons

You will be underpaid. Promises made but not kept concerning growth within company. Most of the employees are related to each other in some way, whether they are relatives, family of business partners, or close friends. The CEO tries to take advantage of employees not related, and is more concerned with being "flashy" than running a business. There is no employee privacy because everything get around from upper management. Beware.

Pros

Small organization; truly a family-oriented organization; supportive atmosphere from the President/CEO down through the entire organization; opportunities for advancement good; benefits package is generous; work-life balance the best I've experienced in 30+ years of working

Cons

Communication and follow-up of some leadership is not strong; if you work remotely or on client site, you are often "left out of the loop" on company events and news; you can be overlooked for opportunities if you do not have a constant physical presence at HQ; compensation is not competitive enough for some positions in this market

Good people work there but they are taken advantage of. If you are not family of one if the owners you are no going to be successful

Cons

Promises made but not kept. Sr. management will make you offers and then say it never happen. No integrity in the company at all. Will try anything not to pay you your last check.
