Nothing nice to say about the company

Cons

Long hours.... Upper management would not let you take a day off. Low pay for the amount of work. A lot of internal and external theft. Constantly gets robbed. Stay far away

Work load is typically manageable and not overwhelming Get to work out in the stores, not micro-managed Great flexibility in work schedule - plan work around appointments and kiddo stuff Generous bonus structure

Cons

Benefits are lacking - really need to negotiate vacation time when hired 3% retirement investing match No STD or LTD paid for by company, must have deducted out of pay check to receive
