Pros

Decent position if you have a full reliable staff. Fellow store managers seem to help out when they can.

Cons

The hiring and training process takes way to long. During the process the store manager literally has to make up all the hours until your new hire is given to your store.

Cons

No benefits , Nepotism, unfair wages, un healthy hostile work environment.

Easy customer service job.

Pros

It is an easy job to do with flexible hours. You get to know your regular customers and have friendly conversations.

Cons

The compensation is little as this a low-level job. It sometime got tedious and as a customer service job one sometimes had to deal with difficult customers.
