Pros

it is what u make of it! interaction with customers make the day it. also depends on your stores location.

Cons

franchise system watering down brand image. out of control franchise system stores less than a mile apart can have huge shopping experience differences in cleanliness customer service and pricing of merchandise. market managers seem withdrawn from the problems or don't care most franchises lack the standard business know how and only receive a 4 week training class .

Pros

fast pace- company is growing in parts of the U.S. & internationally never a dull moment meeting interesting people training program for entry level people is very good

Cons

poor communication from corporate to field- inaccurate or incomplete information dumps out via emails causing constant fire drills to clarify issues. departments do not work together - too many silos. freeze on merit increases and 401K too many meetings and conference calls that are redundant internal jobs aren't posted for current employees to apply for. very little emphasis on diversity- this is an "old boys club" mentality constant turnover - due to below average wages, mediocre benefits. Field mgt is constantly recruiting and hiring due to turnover.

Pros

Pay is okay, bonuses are obtainable... FOR MANAGERS.......

Cons

6 day work week, long hours, micro managers, Field consultants want to tell you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, and when it doesn't work its your fault. They could care less about you or your family life.......They always want to blame someone else...........Pay hourly employees barely over minimum and expect them to bleed 7-11 orange and green..No lunch break or any other break even when working a 12 hours shift........The worst company I have ever worked at.......
