Pros

The job of Field Consultant is demanding, but it also provides flexibility in terms of creating your own work schedule.

Cons

Demanding. Perceived philosphy of managment is 'no matter what you have done, you could and you should have done more.

Pros

7-Eleven is a big company that pays well. It is very well known and with iconic brands like Slurpee and Big Bite, it could be a fun place to work.

Cons

7- Eleven provides minimal development for non-field employees, and has terrible benefit plans. They frequently hire from outside the company without ever posting internally, at rates significantly higher than market, and have even denied existing employees a merit increase following a year in which they reported record earnings.
