Free food , cab except these nothing much.

Cons

I join with hope that will get exposer to new technology . Slowly you feel loosing grip on technology what you have learned. Management always busy and putting all effort to getting publicity , because it is new to india/Bangalore. Onsite team always dominate you .. make you a feel like you don't know anything. Lots of Pressure. How did they got "Great Place to work" ?. Life is hell here. Want to come out of it. Silently firing peoples.

- late night meetings because of US dependency(but it is manageable)

1. Not Safe Workplace for women ( seen with my own eyes how the company handle posh cases) 2. Discrimination based on Gender, Caste, State from where employee come from ( happened with me ), that is why they promote diversity & inclusion so much 3. Hire and Fire culture ( poor attrition rate ) 4. Send legal notices to employees who post poor review of them 5. Worst company I have worked in my career ( very very high office politics )
