Pros

Boss works with my schedule. It can be full-time. Flexible schedule for the most part. Free fountain drinks and food but that depends on the location you work at. Friendly employees but then again it's all about the location you go to..sometimes they have Indian employees who barely speak English. Great for first time job seekers or those who just want a paycheck and nothing more.

Cons

No benefits. No paid holidays. No bonus pay. No raise or benefits after 90 days. No vacation or paid sick leave time. Hectic workday and working alone is inconvenient. No lunches. No breaks. You work alone and have to have certain things done before the next shift comes in. Customers can be rude and disrespectful. Not good for making a career or building a career there unless you have a lot of money to open your own store. Security is bad in the store and theft happens a lot. You're expected to do a lot of things which can be manageable but when under stress or tired it can be very exhausting and boring.

Pros

There are a couple of good engineers in my team with great leadership and domains. Have learn a lot from them from my day one.

Cons

The projects are not planning well with intense deadline. Developers/QA need to work over-time all the time. No work and life balance within dev teams at 7-11. The pay is so little compare to the heavy works we are doing everyday. Managers seem have no idea about their team and don't care much, except the deadline. They just want to complete the project in time so they could get the bonus. Most of the devs are contractor, which is really bad for long term projects. They don't care about the code base, if the code is running, they are good.
