Pros

Decent pay to start, but you'll have to leave the company to get a fair offer for subsequent moves up.

Cons

This company does the bare minimum for its people but expects 110% in return, 24/7. Runs on a skeleton crew with nonexistent resources for employees. Overtime, weekends, emails at all hours of the day. Disorganized processes, no training, constant reorgs. "It Can Be Done" motto is used to try and make toxic environment feel like you're working toward something important...but at the end of the day the only thing to show for giving up your entire personal life is a 2% raise that doesn't even cover cost of living increase, while the CEO gets a $24M bonus.
