Very very long hours required to truly succeed, and not a good work / life balance. Store will eventually be franchised, so be prepared to move or look for new employment elsewhere.

This was by far the worst place I have EVER been employed. Worked one day, told had yo wait one week for next as mgr did not submit I-9. So i had to fill out New Hire Packet 5 different times, finally able to work, a few co-workers decided to appoint themselves supervisors, maybe due to the manager failing miserably at it. I worked there a total of three weeks and I was the forth to have left...none on good terms. Cigarette count never existed, does not stock by date on ANY of the products. Cartons open, packs behind under and stuck in display. Selling tobacco and snacks that were expired in june and august. Employee thefts, store disgustingly dirty. Employees are rude, lazy and unprofessional...most I should say. My only two pay checks were wrong.
