Pros

You will sometimes get coupons for a free Slurpee at 7-11 stores. I have nothing positive working for the corporate office

Cons

Management looks at you as a number. There is no growth opportunity. Accouting Coordinator means a data entry job. If you do an exceptional job you will get about 2% raise every year.

Pros

The whole time I worked here I was offered a flexible schedule and great co- workers. It felt like working with family every day.

Cons

the starting pay was low and although I was given several raises over my three years here they were very small. Little room for advancement.

Pros

The training program is okay but it really only teaches you to be a store manager.

Cons

Very long days, lots of travel (sometimes an hour each way), unobtainable goals, senior leadership is below par. If you have a good market manager you may be okay but the company is trending in a bad direction.
