Management is heavily lacking, Concerns raised are largely ignored and passed off as employees just needing something to complain about, Managers will appear to listen face to face but openly tear employees down to each other and do little to properly support their teams. The overall direction being pushed by C suite and higher ups actively is discouraging maintaining a role there while hemorraging people but also constantly not bothering to properly back fill people leaving creating an excessive backlog of work and continuing to tie your hands behind your back with continued reduction in scope of role and ability to provide support while also woefully undertraining the incoming hires.

From my experience: -Overworked. -If employees aren't helping each other, then you suffer. -Wasteful of food. At least let the employees or homeless take the food instead of throwing them out or find a way to be more environmentally friendly.
