Good benefits for employees and promotes within.

Cons

Horrible environment to work in, OSHA Violations, subpar management, and you have to have your face clean shaven and your hair cut very short(like the military).

-Get to learn the in’s & out’s of how a proper business should run and how to properly manage it -Get to learn how to accurately make estimates for different projects -84 will reward and acknowledge good sales -Lots of forklift experience -Lots of creative problem-solving -Team-based work culture

Cons

-Lack team-based work culture at current location -Have to figure a lot out independently until you go through training at the corporate office, such as building estimates, making special orders, etc -There’s not enough time in the day to finish customers’ estimates after helping the salesmen’s customers, the yard workers, and all the walk-in customers -7AM-6PM work days, 5-6 sometimes 7 days a week, mandatory overtime -Infuriating POS system
