My tenure with this company spans 18 years. 84 Lumber places family values first and demonstrates respect and honor to its employees. After my college graduation, I was unsure about my career path. However, my lack of experience in the building material industry did not hinder my employment. 84 Lumber provided me with comprehensive training and equipped me with the necessary tools to succeed, which enabled me to advance quickly in the company. Even presently, the company continues to offer daily support to me and my team. I intend to retire from this company.

even though I have years and years of management experience, including general management, I wasn’t selected for the management position because my tattoos clearly bothered him and they were talked about at the interview

Great team atmosphere from all levels. The company really cares about its employees. You get out of it what you put into it.

Cons

None to mention. Sometimes it does get stressful but that makes it interesting every day.
