Having to deal with incompetent staff & management. Terrible pay/ hours, mediocre benefits...this company is not worth your time.

Pros

You can get all the hours you want if there is work... my manager is great..

Cons

There is no work. You constantly struggle to find legitimate work to do. Everything is constantly shifting around and you are expected to constantly bend over backwards to accommodate the company that cannot even pay their workers a living wage. Oh yeah, and there is no room for growth. Like.. at all.

Big company that still feels like a small business. Not difficult to move up the ladder. I love the people I work with.

Cons

Requires you to move for promotion. Also you have to ask for your own raise. Will not pay you what your worth unless your in sales.
