Don't work here

Pros

That I don't work here anymore

Cons

I worked my rear off for this company/ Long hours for low pay. I was told to work off the clock if I wanted a promotion, The company implemented a maximum work week of 48 hours, because wives were leaving their husbands over the long hours. I was working over 60 and only got paid for48. When a promotion opened up in a town that I lived by they wouldn't consider me because the wanted you to move your family to show your loyality. This job cost me my marriage and family.

Pros

No pros come to mind

Cons

Pay is below average starting out around 11 an hour granted you can get "bonuses" but first must complete online test to be allowed to receive said bonus. Computer systems and general policies feel like they are from 1984 as well as the dress code. Must be clean shaven. Long shifts with a half hour break. First day I went felt like a bad joke and dont get me wrong I can get along with people but this felt more like a frat house. I asked several times if there was anything to do or learn and was told no. The 2nd day I hoped it was going to be better, but no the same thing happened so after 5 hours of doing nothing, I left and did not come back. Also it is required to put a 84 lumber sticker on your personal vehicle like what.
