      Not great!

      Pros

      Great vendors to work with. Also participated with Extreme Makeover (which was awesome).

      Cons

      Felt like I was working in a boy's high school locker room. Zero professionalism, mandatory 48 hour work week (which is a joke!), was told to take heat on mismanaged projects so that the salesman would "shine". Have the decency to advise employees when a store will shut down. Many times employees find out they are out of a job when they report to work to find a pad lock and chain around the gate. In my opinion, this is not only tacky, but completely unprofessional.

      Good career path start. Descent pay. Descent benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely weak at Area Manager level management. Far too many uneducated mid level managers who manage by seat of pants or by comfort zones based on personal relationships with superiors. Make a lot of poor decisions due to lack of education with regards to sound business practice.
