Pros
- Salaries are fair, as far as I can tell. It is definitely "lower" than perhaps some of their competitors, but this I do see it as based off what they can afford, rather than them simply trying to low-ball future employees - Benefits are standard & decent - My team specifically really worked well together, so they are doing things mostly right when it comes to hiring - My manager was particularly nice.
Cons
- Leadership teams were very clique-y. It's either you were in, or out. Not a bad thing to be out, because they do leave you be, but you will be out of the loop. If you're okay with that, then this isn't necessarily a con. - There wasn't much consistency across teams. Some teams worked really well, some didn't, and it was obvious. This was reflected in processes (I felt some teams got more leeway to do things a certain way, vs. following documented guidelines). - Speaking of documentation, this is where they're sincerely lacking. I felt that I had to keep asking questions about how things were done, and usually the answer I'd get was "Well, in this situation, this is what we would do..." which meant that if an experienced team member left, the rest of the team would be kind of scrambling.
