OK benefits for full-time employees, Allow to work overtime. Free samples from time to time if you work in the marketing team. Good for a female who likes girls or mommy talk, where most of the team supervisors were mothers.

Cons

favoritism, low salary, could face asian age hierarchy. not for people who have less interest in East Asian grocery or culture.
