Nothing really...maybe it was better before my time, but expect the typical working environment where they pay you $15 an hour and expect you to work like you are getting pay of $30

Cons

Maybe you can learn a lot depending on your position, but then again, the expectation is WAY higher than their pay, and they think they're giving you the opportunity to work for them as it's your honor... no thank you!
