The people are great and the hours expected to be in the office are fair

Cons

This used to be a great place to work with clear direction and focus. Now it is all over the place. Too many managers not on the same page and employees are required to work on too many networks. Challenging to be a master in your product. Work life balance has gotten worse in the last few years due to challenging times in the business. This is an antiquated way of thinking

Great support staff at the company.

Cons

No rules for management. They are allowed to treat lower employees in anyway. No formal plans for advancement in place. Minorities are not well represented in upper management.
