      Pros

      Some nice people and good benefits. Work environment is generally friendly and pleasant and they try hard to make the company feel like a good place to work.

      Cons

      The upper management team is weak and keeps recycling and promoting the same untalented people over and over. This doesn't allow for innovation or new blood and is part of the company's decline.

      Pros

      The people and the culture really make this place special. I've never worked somewhere like this, where there is truly an open door policy and you can get time with anyone, from the most senior to the most junior. The benefits are fantastic and they do a lot of events to get us together like screenings, open bars, speaker series, ice cream socials, etc. It's been over a year and half and I still like coming in to work every day- of course there are some bad days but overall it's great.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are far too many people in the company who are freelancers which means they don't receive any benefits and it can be very very hard to be converted. I've known people who have been here for years and still haven't gotten converted. Also, it doesn't really seem like there's clear career paths for a lot of the junior people and they end up leaving for not only more money but for a step up in their career.
