Pros

Still has a few substantive creative people and business advisers. There are some people who are doing their best to right the ship. Good benefits package.

Cons

No leadership on any level, but particularly failing at c suite level. Legal and HR are the worst of it. There are few adults on the scene and truth is a relative concept. The CEO is surrounded by people who only tell her what she wants to hear.

Wants to do "the right thing," has some smart decision-makers and has been remarkably good at creating incredible content, breaking records and generating loyalty inside and outside the company.

Cons

Wrong people in the wrong jobs...for too long--not only does this hurt advancement opportunities but it creates a stagnant environment.

Great benefits, 401k, fairly accessible management, absolutely wonderful people (mostly)

Cons

Compensation is not competitive at all. Upper management is mired in many old habits and ways of thinking that are holding the company back from being a true competitor in the industry. Lacking creativity in their programming and in forward thinking. Has a tendency to take employees for granted. Retention of good people has been difficult lately. Priorities can be skewed.
