The company culture and atmosphere was unmatched; collaborative teams, respectful executives, great HR presence; creativity and drive were highly valued

Cons

The perma-lance program kept freelancers on as full-time employees without providing necessary benefits which made it difficult to retain talent due to individuals' needs for insurance and job security

People there are great. Everyone is very collaborative and really good at their job.

Cons

Hard to get time with upper management. Because of that, sometimes there's a lack of communication between the people that actually do the work vs those who approve things

Laid back attitude, you could wear jeans.

Cons

They would rather give up great workers than pay anyone a cutting edge salary. They hire contract workers to get out of paying benefits. If you are offered a full time position they offer less than you make as contract, stating that the benefits make up for the cash. Don't believe a word they say. They'll string you along for years with delusions that you will become full time. Sometimes it takes more than 5 years. Absolutely ridiculous
