Employees are good people. Environment can be very homey. 401k matching is a nice perk.

Cons

Seems a little spread too thin. Big ideas but not a lot of thought given to execution. Can take advantage of hard workers.

The crew is very professional and kind. They were all a joy to work with. It was in 2008, but I couldn't put a date that far back under option.

Cons

With no AC in the intervention room you don't know if it's sweat or tears running down your face. Actually it's both. Not a dry eye in the room during the interventions. Not a con. Just a fact.
