People are very nice and friendly, good work/life balance

Cons

There was no opportunity for growth, too many people in the company that are just there for their paychecks and they are not passionate about the brands and television. -Pay was low and the benefits are not that great. no summer Fridays and not enough vacation time.

Lots of smart people. The resources to get the job done. Great brands.

Cons

No clear lines of communication. Multiple groups tasked with same jobs - always muddying the water. A company that has had 10 years of tremendous success is suddenly in a bit of a rut and many folks are not handling it well. Bit of a culture of fear. Tremendous amount of job changes, new roles, new definitions = confusion.

Pros

Very flexible work hours and the work isn't too strenuous. High turnover rate so there are opportunities to get promoted early on in career.

Cons

High turnover rate is telling that people are quick to leave when a better opportunity is presented. Bottle neck structure and pay can definitely be better. Stay late for a week 4x a year.
