Incredible summer learning at A+E. They have a fantastic internship program set up in NYC and the people were great. They really value their interns and give them real projects to work on and learn from

it's a great work environment; they provide insurance and 401ks to full time employees; they're flexible with vacation days.

Cons

there isn't much room for growth, you can stay in the same position with a minimal pay increase for quite some time.
