The job is complicated but once you get the hang of it -it becomes pleasant. The people at the company are nice. Most people leave everyday by 5 pm so there is decent work/life balance.

Cons

Very little training, databases that are user unfriendly.

Pros

Overall a great place to work if you are in the right team and department. Great people with kind and understanding managers. Good work/life balance where taking your allotted time off is encouraged to be taken. Always have others willing to help you out and collaborate with you to get tasks and projects accomplished.

Cons

It can take years to get promoted and move up the ladder and compensation is on the low side.
