Pros

Amazing work/life balance Salary is high if you come in as an external hire at a middle management/senior management level If you're a gay, young, good looking male, you will likely be promoted regardless of merit depending on who you report to.

Cons

It's a sinking ship. Very poor caliber of talent especially at the senior levels. I honestly don't understand how they keep the lights on. HR/Senior leaders will lie directly to your face. They will only ever act in the best interest of themselves. You will not learn anything worthwhile to build your skill-set. It's the perfect job if you have a family, want to make good money and be complacent. It is not a company for anyone who is ambitious.

Pros

Company culture feels like a smaller company with corporate formalities to make life easy, open door policy in almost all departments, friendly staff, lots of free food

Cons

Unless you're a VP or above, the company makes it clear that they will not invest in your growth unless you're a favorite of the higher level executives. Inadequate pay gaps, freelancers performing jobs that are not project-based stay on for way too long without becoming staff
