Cons

It was difficult to get promoted or promote people on your team. I think that leads to a lot of staff turnover. If you like the status quo, this is a good place for you.

The people are great, our upper management team is cohesive and transparent when making decisions that involve our entire company. Flexible work-life balance and people genuinely care about the people they work with & manage.

Cons

You most likely will never receive a promotion in a lower-level job. Your pay is not competitive with what you could receive elsewhere, and you probably will never get a raise either. Absolutely no room for growth at A+E Networks.
