A+E Networks has been one of the most innovative global media companies in the landscape from what I have seen-- they have numerous brand name channels (A&E, History and Lifetime among others); and as well we have a scripted production division that produces content for outside companies (recently Lincoln Lawyer for Netflix and Big Sky for ABC); as well as two unscripted factual production companies, A+E also has channels and content all over the world; and have been on the cutting edge of tech/innovation for example, among the first to launch FAST channels in a strategic manner. And the culture is among the best I've seen . They are hyper focused on the employee, on being transparent; elevating employees and mindful of DEI (with numerous employee affinity groups); DEI is part of each of our yearly goals in whatever critical form that takes place. Paul Buccieri who leads A+E networks is the most visionary leader I've encountered. He has evolved the company every step of the way and continues to evolve our business oftentimes ahead of his peers. I have found he is a fair kind and brilliant leader who has our best interests at heart for example giving us xmas week off and summer days so we can recharge.

It's a fast paced environment that is continuously evolving so if someone was not up for that it would not be the right place for them.
