Pros

Great benefits Good internship program, but needs to be year round, not just in the summer.

Cons

Top heavy, under resourced, over worked. Low moral, teams not recognized for their expertise, under valued. Hard to get promoted. Most promotions happen at top level. Half of staff are freelance and when they eventuality get hired as permanent employees they end up making less money. Senior management does not invest in growing employees or your future at the co.

Pros

Some nice people and good benefits. Work environment is generally friendly and pleasant and they try hard to make the company feel like a good place to work.

Cons

The upper management team is weak and keeps recycling and promoting the same untalented people over and over. This doesn't allow for innovation or new blood and is part of the company's decline.

The company culture and atmosphere was unmatched; collaborative teams, respectful executives, great HR presence; creativity and drive were highly valued

Cons

The perma-lance program kept freelancers on as full-time employees without providing necessary benefits which made it difficult to retain talent due to individuals' needs for insurance and job security
