People are very nice and friendly, good work/life balance

Cons

There was no opportunity for growth, too many people in the company that are just there for their paychecks and they are not passionate about the brands and television. -Pay was low and the benefits are not that great. no summer Fridays and not enough vacation time.

If you like liars, sexual harassment, homophobia, backstabbing slime balls then this is the place you want to be. A+E is a cesspool of toxic people and losers. Anyone with a soul would not stay here. Words of advice. If you need to go to HR don't waste your time. Go to a job interview for another company instead. Should you decide to stay and want to climb the corporate ladder don't do any work and they will promote you to Director.

Pros

The health benefits are the best I've had, and managers understand work/life balance. The company is growing, so there are many opportunities to move up.

Cons

Departments do not work together well. There is no "middle class" here. It's all upper management and coordinators, and the rift is apparent. Upper management does not inspire innovation or encourage working across departments.
