Pros
When the pandemic hit and every company was looking outwards at what everyone else was doing, A+E looked inwards. Instead of forcing employees to go back into the office, they provided the employees the option of what environment best suits them. They've continued to learn and adapt to best help their employees with professional growth opportunities, as well as, employee resource groups. Great benefits and merit based raises every year. There is definitely a mindset of "if you succeed, I succeed" that is very motivational.
Cons
Like any company with a growth mindset, there are areas of improvement that A+E can work on that they strive to achieve through employee surveys and townhalls.
