Your work experience can be stellar here depending on your department. If you are looking to move up the ladder quickly look somewhere else. You'll be a cube hamster forever here.

Cons

This used to be a great place to work with lots of security but times are changing and the company has become one big giant revolving door.

fun atmosphere, nice new offices

Cons

most employees are permalancers, are not paid well and do not have health benefits. they went to a new system, where they hire you through a temp agency and say that you can get healthcare through them. however the cost is the same as buying it on the open market and the quality is not great. they treat everyone as a temp even at the director level - it's how they save money rather than treating you like a real employee/person.
