Pros

Overall great benefits if you are single. They meet your HSA Deductible, contribute to 401 K up to 6%, vacation hours increase the longer you've been an employee, health incentives, etc.

Cons

If you are not single it is an exorbitant amount to add your family onto insurance.

Thank you for your review! We strive to provide benefits to employees that they will value. I’m glad that you valued the benefits that you listed in your review (HSA, 401(k) match, vacation accrual and our wellness program). As a result of our plan design, we were actually able to lower the employee paid rates for dependent medical coverage in 2016, which is definitely not the norm. Additionally, we match $2 for every $1 that employees contribute to their HSA up to the individual deductible for individual coverage and up to the family deductible for dependent coverage. Superb benefits, TRUST ME, tuition reimbursement, great medical and dental for singles. Plenty of room for advancement if you work hard and learn to ask properly! You will be pushed to grow if you use your time wisely here! Constant training you can ask to attend.

Cons

Constant but achievable goals, but once you meet them it really feels great. Hard standards to earn interview, but job is worth it.
