they gave me an opportunity in an industry that I had zero experience in. In my branch, everyone was AMAZING and helpful. Good energy, and no pushback if you needed a day off. they provide a clear path for growth, I started off as an MSO I but found myself moving up with ease since they reward effort (in my experience).

Cons

pay wasn't the best, especially compared to bigger credit unions and banks.
