Every department is welcoming, CEO is heavily involved and transparent as can be. Room for growth and we're being led in the right direction

communication on upcoming changes isn't always given with ample time, but nonetheless changes are important and needed.

Used to an amazing place to work with lots of opportunities and great leaders.

Cons

Has become very corporate with incompetent "leaders" that allows for favoritism, retaliation and over all office pettiness. Raises are now laughable and engagement workshops are a complete joke. You can do very well if you know how to kiss the right a**.
