Lack of direction - no overall direction given by senior leadership, just lots of short term, disjointed projects.

Pros

Individually everyone is brilliant. Kind and caring. Work life balance Growing business so there are opportunities at times.

Cons

Pay - well below average unless your senior management Bonus - based on company performance. Which greatly fluctuates Other beneifts - nothing to get excited over… (5% pension, 25 days hol all par these days…) Don’t put too much heart and soul into anything as they’ll take advantage of it and not really reward you for it.
