Pros

A-Line Staffing is a growing organization that is constantly working on ways to increase efficiency and rapport with clients. If you are looking for a company that awards, compensates, and recognizes your hard work, A-Line would be a great place to look.

Cons

Limited choice of clients to staff for. It's hard coming from an environment where I could pick and choose between a large number of companies to recruit for each day. However, A-Line is exceeding client expectations and becoming a well known staffing company with a strong reputation with the current clients.

- There is opportunity to grow within the company

Cons

- Unwelcoming and a lack of office culture - Conflict of interest within recruiting teams, especially with account managers - Poor training program, due to promotions given to managers with no management training.
